Here for sale we have a Fender Classic Series '72 Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar in Black finish. Made in Mexico in 2007, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Strat Strings-Through-Body Hardtail bridge, Fender Vintage "F" Stamped tuners, and a set of Fender Wide-Range Humbuckers. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector.
The Maple neck plays very well, with a 'C' profile with some flattening to the back making it easy to grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast articulate playing. The Maple fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 12” radius is well suited to lead lines and string bending. This paired with the Medium Jumbo frets ensures a playing experience which is perfect for the more technical player.
The Wide-Range humbuckers sound thick and full, with a solid low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with classic Fender treble. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The controls feel responsive, offering a wide range of sounds. Overall offering more power than is usual for Fender without entirely losing the signature character.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Any markings are difficult to discern.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching is evident to the fingerboard under close scrutiny, this cannot be felt underhand.
Body: Overall very good condition. All surfaces of the body display light to moderate scratching and indentations, this is most apparent to the bass and lower edges of the front face and to the treble and lower edge of the rear face. The front face also has two moderate scratches towards the bass side of the bridge on the lower bout.
Condition of Frets:
The frets display a moderate flattening of the crown across the entire register, not affecting playability. There is material remaining for any future fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod (1/8mm Hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional. The saddles demonstrate oxidation but remain fully functional, similar oxidation is apparent to the pickup bobbins. The pickguard displays heavy scratching and scuff marks consistent with use.
Structural: No structural concerns to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
