Here for sale we have a Fender Chris Shiflett Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar in Arctic White finish. Most well known for his work with the Foo Fighters, Chris Shiflett has definitely earned his place in the Rock world. His signature Telecaster is modelled on his favourite '72 Tele Deluxe, and delivers all of the power and drive that will safely propel you into the rock stratosphere. 
 
Made in Mexico in 2013, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Strat Hardtail bridge, Chrome hardware, Fender Vintage "F" Stamped tuners, a Bullet Style truss rod cover, and a set of CS Humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast articulate playing. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 12” radius is well suited to lead lines and string bending. This paired with the Medium Jumbo frets ensures a playing experience which is perfect for the more technical player.
 
The Fender CS Humbuckers sound thick and full, with a solid low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with classic Fender treble. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The controls feel responsive, offering a wide range of sounds. Overall offering more power than is usual for Fender without entirely losing the signature character.
