Here for sale we have a Fender Chris Shiflett Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar in Arctic White finish. Most well known for his work with the Foo Fighters, Chris Shiflett has definitely earned his place in the Rock world. His signature Telecaster is modelled on his favourite '72 Tele Deluxe, and delivers all of the power and drive that will safely propel you into the rock stratosphere.
Made in Mexico in 2012, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Strat Hardtail bridge, Chrome hardware, Fender Vintage "F" Stamped tuners, a Bullet Style truss rod cover, and a set of CS Humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector.
The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast articulate playing. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 12” radius is well suited to lead lines and string bending. This paired with the Medium Jumbo frets ensures a playing experience which is perfect for the more technical player.
The Fender CS Humbuckers sound thick and full, with a solid low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with classic Fender treble. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The controls feel responsive, offering a wide range of sounds. Overall offering more power than is usual for Fender without entirely losing the signature character.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the headstock.
Neck: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.
Body: Overall very good condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentations, visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. This is most notable towards and along the bottom edges of both the front and rear faces.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate moderate signs of use with flattening of the crowns throughout the register, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: The truss rod is near the end of it's travel, however currently gets the guitar to correct relief. It is stiff but functional. Truss rod tool (1/8" hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of use.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.75mm - Bass 2mm
