Here for sale we have a Fender American Vintage II Stratocaster Electric Guitar in Olympic White finish. Made in the USA in 2024, this bolt-on neck constructed guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard with Clay Dot inlays. Other appointments include a Pure Vintage Synchronized Tremolo with Bent Steel Saddles, Pure Vintage Single Line "Fender Deluxe" tuners, and a set of Pure Vintage '61 Single-Coil Strat pickups that are wired to a master volume, neck/middle tone control, a bridge tone control, and a 5-way pickup selector.
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with the 1961 'C' Shape profile feeling nicely slim in the hand and providing effortless playability in all registers. Certainly, the profile is slimmer than many modern Fender necks, and helps to facilitate fast and articulate lead lines. The Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish to the rear of the neck is glass-like to the touch and really helps with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with a period-correct 7.25" radius and vintage-style frets ensures an authentically vintage playing experience across the neck. The smooth lines of the Stratocaster body are as comfortable in the arms as ever, ensuring comfort in both standing and seated positions. 
 
The trio of Pure Vintage '61 Single-Coil Strat single-coils installed in this guitar deliver authentic vintage-inspired tones thanks to their period accurate specification. Pole pieces are hand bevelled and staggered for a balanced output, whilst Alnico V magnets and Formvar magnet wire are employed to produce a bright, glassy tone. Even the vintage-correct cloth wiring is used for a truly authentic tone. The neck is warm and round, with all of the power needed to push your solos to the front of the mix. The middle is punchy and clear for those funky tones, whilst the bridge produces a searing output for bright and focussed rock rhythm tones. This is a fantastically authentic vintage-inspired piece that will age very gracefully.
