Here for sale we have an American Traditional Jazz Bass made from Fender in 1999. This guitar has been refinished to a Vintage White colour by a previous owner. Made in the USA this guitar features a Poplar body featuring a 4-saddle Vintage Style bridge, aftermarket black control plate and tortoiseshell pickguard, set Maple neck and 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard with White dot inlays. Open-gear vintage style tuning machines. A pair of Standard Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickups have been fitted and wired to controls for master tone and individual volumes.
The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘C’ profile allowing for comfortable reach in all registers and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning, whilst the Gloss finish is fantastic for smooth, quick transitions up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard feels and looks amazing under the fingers, whilst the 7.25” radius gives the neck a vintage feel while being suitable for all different styles of playing. The double cutaway and contoured body design allows the player to have unobstructed access to the entire register, whilst also making longer durations of playing a comfortable experience.
The pair of Fender Standard Single-Coil pickups installed in this guitar deliver classic original-era tone and power, with smooth rounded lows, clear and open mid range and a sweet treble response that captures the attack and aggression of your playing.
