Here for sale we have a Fender American Standard Precision Bass V in 3-Colour Sunburst finish. Manufactured in the US in 2016, this bass features a bolt-on neck construction comprising an Ash body, a Maple neck, and a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include 5-String High Mass Vintage String-Thru bridge, 3-Ply Black pickguard and Fender “F” Light-Weight Vintage-Paddle Keys with Tapered Shafts. The pickup in this bass is an American Standard Alnico V Split Single-Coil, this is wired to a master volume and a master tone.
 
The Maple neck plays very comfortably, with Fenders Modern ‘C’ profile filling the hand assuringly while still allowing for comfortable reach in all registers and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning. The double cutaway body design offers extended access into the upper register. This works well with the Satin finish to the rear of the neck, allowing for smooth navigation of the 34” scale. The Medium Jumbo fret wire combined with the 9.5” radius makes for a great feel under the fingers, and provides the versatility required for a wide range of styles and techniques. 
 
The Fender American Standard Alnico 5 Split Single-Coil pickup installed in this guitar delivers a great fundamental bass tone as soon as you plug the instrument in. The low end is thick and full-bodied, ensuring that your bass playing fills out the mix nicely. The mids are punchy and clear, whilst the sparkly top end captures all the spank and attack of your playing, keeping you in the front of the mix. The simple controls offer comprehensive control of your tone without over-complicating things.
