Here for sale we have a Fender American Series Telecaster in 3-Colour Sunburst. Made in the US in 2000 this guitar features a bolt on construction consisting of an Alder body. Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. Other features include a Modern ‘C’ shaped neck, Fender sealed tuners and 6-Saddle American tele bridge with Stainless Steel saddles. A pair of American Telecaster Single-Coil pickups are fitted in the bridge and neck positions are wired to a 3-way pickup selector, Master volume and Master No-Load Tone controls.
The Modern ‘C’ Maple neck is extremely comfortable and lends itself to all playing styles. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a luxurious and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius offers a perfect marriage between comfortable playability and modern practicality. The single cut-away design provides the player with uninhibited access to the upper register.
The American Series pickups deliver classic sounding telecaster sounds right away. These pickups produce shimmering bright tones with the bridge producing that classic tele “Twang” while the neck sounds rounder and warm. The “No-Load” Tone control functions as a normal tone from 1 to 9. At 10 the tone control is removed from the circuit to produce an increased output.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition, the top edge demonstrates light indentation, occasionally piercing the finish. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate finish cracking and delamination, a common issue with this era (90s-early 2000s) of Fender guitars. The front bass side edge demonstrates several moderate indentations piercing the finish.
Neck: Overall good condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates notable finish cracking and delamination, revealing several small patches of bare wood. This is common with Fenders of this era. The fingerboard demonstrates light indentation in the early register which cannot be felt beneath the string. The edges of the fingerboard demonstrate light tooling marks throughout the register from manufacturing.
Body: Overall very good condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate very consistent light scratching most notably to the bottom edge of the front face, causing a hazing of the finish under certain lighting. The bottom treble side edges demonstrate light indentations that do not pierce the finish. The switch top from the pickup selector is missing. There is a small finish crack where the neck meets the body on the bass side, this does not affect the structure of the instrument.
Condition of Frets:
This instrument has had a fret level and re-crown in-house to ensure improved playability. There is moderate material remaining for future fret work.

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (1/8" hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of use. Switch tip is not included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
