Here for sale we have a Fender American Professional Stratocaster in Black. Made in the USA in 2020 this guitar features a bolt-on construction consisting of an Alder body, Maple neck and superb Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo with Bent Steel Saddles and Fender Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuning machines. A trio of V-Mod Single-Coil pickups are fitted and wired to 5-Position Blade, Master Volume with Treble-Bleed, and Tone controls.
The Maple neck plays very well, with the Modern 'Deep C' profile sitting very comfortably in the hand and providing easy reach in all registers. The Maple fretboard is pleasant under the fingers and offers a tactile and durable playing surface. Its 9.5" radius delivers a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst retaining practicality for lead lines and string bending, further enhanced by the frets. The Two-Point Synchronized tremolo bridge is much more usable than the traditional 6-point tremolo, allowing for both dive and lift whilst also ensuring excellent tuning stability. The smooth lines of the Strat body along with generous body contours are as comfortable and familiar as ever, ensuring that long gigs and practice sessions are a breeze.
The trio of V-Mod Single-Coil Strat pickups installed in this instrument deliver classic Stratocaster tone with modern refinements. Developed by pickup master Tim Shaw, these pickups are voiced specifically for each position, mixing alnico magnet types and stagger pole-pieces to produce powerful yet nuanced tones. The neck position is warm and smooth, perfect for driving an amp for blues and rock solo tones. The middle pickup feels nice and funky, with an understated yet detailed bass, punchy mids and smooth trebles, whilst the bridge pickup is bright and twangy, just as you would expect. It's easy to see why the Stratocaster has been a mainstay of the guitar world for over 70 years.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Mild indentations are present to the top edge and the front face surround the tuning machines, with this the indentations around the tuning machines have caused light delamination of the lacquer finish.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Glue residue is present to the rear of the neck, treble side of the nut, this can be felt under the fingers. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body display light to moderate scratching which can be seen under direct light, the most apparent of these can be seen to the rear face lower bout edge where moderate scratching is present.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (1/8" hex) included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. A previous owner has replaced the original tuning machines with a set of vintage style split post tuning machines, with this the bushings are slightly smaller than the tuning holes to which a previous owner has used tape to secure the bushings in place. The original tuning machines are not included. Light scratching is present to the pick guard consistent with past use. Tremolo arm included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.75mm - Bass 2mm

Strings on Guitar - 10-46
This guitar demonstrates light fret noise which is not apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this.
