Here for sale we have a Fender American Elite Stratocaster Electric Guitar in Sky Burst Metallic finish. Made in the USA in 2018, this bolt-on constructed guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 2-Point Deluxe Synchronized Tremolo with Pop-In Arm, Chrome hardware, Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking tuners, and a set of Fender 4th Generation Noiseless Single Coil pickups. The pickups are wired to a master volume (with S-1 switch), tone 1 (neck pickup), and a tone 2 no-load tone control (bridge pickup).
 
The neck plays fantastically well. The Modern 'C' to 'D' profile fills the hand and offers comfortable chord playing in the lower register, moving smoothly towards a flatter profile as you climb the neck. This works in conjunction with the 9.5" - 14" compound radius to ensure that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. The sculpted neck heel provides uninhibited access to the upper frets, whilst the use of Medium Jumbo fret wire ensures a rock-solid feel and enhanced string bending and vibrato techniques. The 2-point tremolo system with block saddles is nicely balanced, offering excellent usability whilst retaining dependable tuning stability and accurate intonation.
 
The 4th Generation Noiseless single coil pickups provide the player with classic Stratocaster sound whilst eliminating the hum created by single coil pickups. The bridge pickup provides a fat and punchy humbucker-like sound, making power chords sound gritty whilst also providing soaring lead tones. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a bright, glassy clean tone. The middle pickup produces a fat 70s single coil sound with more output and more mids, lending itself well to funky rhythm tones. The neck pickup is as smooth and creamy as you would want it to be on a Stratocaster, bell-like tones that are perfect for ripping up fat solos.
