Here for sale we have an ESP LTD M-1007 in Satin See Thru Black Sunburst finish. Built in Indonesia in 2020, this 7 string guitar features a neck-thru construction comprising an Alder body with a Quilted Maple top, a 3-piece Maple neck and topped with a 24 Extra Jumbo stainless steel fret Ebony fingerboard. The hardware consists of a Floyd Rose 1000SE bridge and a set of Grover sealed tuning machines. The pickups are a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-Way blade selector, master volume and a master tone with a push/pull for pickup voicings.
 
The 3-piece Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand with the 1.917” nut spacing not being cumbersome. The Extra thin ‘U’ neck profile feels incredibly ergonomic, particularly for a 7 string, allowing for great thumb placement all across the neck, whilst the satin finish, Macassar Ebony fingerboard and 24 X-jumbo frets provide a robust playing experience that feels rock solid under the fingers.The stainless steel fret material also means that they will survive even the lengthiest of playing sessions for years to come. The 13.77” Radius provides an even and balanced feel across the strings, particularly in drop tunings. The contoured neck heel provides unobstructed access to the upper register, which works great with the double cutaway body design. 
 
The Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers have a high output and a powerful tone, with the neck pickup utilising an Alnico magnet and the bridge a Ceramic one. The neck pickup provides deep low ends which are well defined and great for fast, smooth lead lines. The middle position has punchy and crisp mids whilst the bridge has aggressive, clear and articulate highs. The flexible sound of the M-1007 comes from its push-pull control on the tone knob that allows you to select between the active and passive pickup voices. Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output) provides the ideal active alnico sound, full, round, and boosted, but with unprecedented articulation and dynamics, whilst voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid) offers a cleaner, crisper tone associated with passive pickups. Master volume and tone controls allow you to easily dial in the perfect tone.
