Here for sale we have a Epiphone Prophecy Extura in Purple Tiger Aged Gloss finish. Built in China in 2021, this guitar features a set neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with a AAA Flame Maple veneer, Mahogany neck and 24 fret Ebony fingerboard. The hardware is finished in Brushed Nickel, and includes a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and a LockTone StopBar tailpiece and a set of Grover Locking Rotomatic tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Fishman Fluence Proprietary active humbuckers, which are wired to a 3-way selector, master volume, master tone control both with a push/pull voice selector for the neck and bridge pickups respectively.
 
The Asymmetrical Slim Taper neck profile sits comfortably in the hand, offering a smooth and comfortable playing surface and providing ergonomic thumb positioning up and down the neck. The 12” radius provides maximum hand comfort for chords playing the lower register, whilst allowing greater speed and cleaner string bending as the player moves up the neck, great for more technically demanding playing styles. The single cutaway body design and contoured neck heel provides unobstructed access to the higher register, making quick lead lines a breeze and allowing the player to make the most of this rip roaring guitar.
 
The active custom-voiced Fishman Fluence Proprietary humbucker provides tones that are thick and full. The neck position offers boosted mids, big lows and fat highs, and is perfect for rock and metal lead tones. The bridge pickup delivers highly detailed intensity that will help your rhythm tones slice through even the densest of mixes. The independent volume control and tone control keeps things feeling nice and straightforward, whilst the addition of push/pull pots increase versatility with pickup voicings for both the bridge and neck. Using the push/pull controls in combination deliver three distinct tones; a warm Gibson Burstbucker “Patent Applied For” style vintage humbucker, a high output modern humbucker voicing, and a shimmering, optimised single-coil voicing. An extremely versatile guitar that can handle anything the player throws at it.
