Here for sale we have an Alvarez AG60CE Performer Grand Auditorium Electro Acoustic Guitar in Shadowburst finish. Made in China in 2025, this guitar consists of a Solid A+ Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a dark Indian Laurel fingerboard. Other appointments include a Bi-Level Indian Laurel bridge, Chrome closed gear tuners, a bass-side bevelled edge, and a Alvarez SYS250 preamp and B-Band Transducer pickup system. This system has controls for volume, treble, middle, bass, presence, and an on-board tuner.

The Semi-Gloss finished Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Soft ‘V’ profile providing a slender and comfortable grasp whilst feeling dependable, allowing for ergonomic thumb placement up and down the neck. The Indian Laurel fingerboard feels pleasant to the touch and the 16" radius provides easy fretting, whilst the 1.7” nut width caters for lots of different playing styles. The Grand Auditorium body style feels great in both seated and standing positions, whilst the single-cutaway offers extended reach to the higher frets.

This instrument voice is warm and detailed, with the Mahogany back and sides producing a warm but detailed voicing. The Solid A+ Sitka Spruce top provides a balanced tone with plenty of mid range power and detailed top end. This guitar features Alvarez FS6 Forward Shifted bracing and tapered Tone Bars which results in more flexibility for the top to resonate, delivering more volume and a well-defined, full tone. The Alvarez SYS250 system and pickup captures the natural voice of the instrument perfectly, whilst keeping things simple and discreet with the waist side mounted controls.

Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.
