Here for sale we have an Epiphone Les Paul Modern in Figured Caribbean Blue Fade finish. Made in China in 2021, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with AAA Flame Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Nickel hardware including a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, Stoptail Tailpiece and Grover locking tuning machines. The pickups are Epiphone Probucker 2 & 3 humbuckers, wired to a 3-way toggle switch, individual volume and tone controls, as well as a push/pull coil split for each pickup.
The Mahogany neck plays well, with the Asymmetrical SlimTaper profile feeling comfortable in the hand and providing a refined playing experience whilst retaining some of the chunky Les Paul character that you would expect. The Ebony fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. . The neck heel is contoured, meaning that access to the upper frets is greatly enhanced.
Amplified, the Probucker pickups provide a full and rich tone, with clean sounds offering a deep low end, focussed mids and sparkling high frequencies. The neck pickup is nicely warm, with balanced tones in the middle position and plenty of brightness in the bridge. When driving the amp, the pickups provide a rich harmonically saturated distortion that is perfect for crunchy rock tones or even some hard rock riffing. The addition of the push/pull coil split for each pickup increases the versatility of this guitar, making it ready for use in a wide range of musical settings.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall good condition. A moderate chip to the finish can be seen to the bass side rear of the headstock that has exposed the wood beneath. Light scratching is present to the front face which is visible under direct light, as is common with gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Mild indentations are present to the rear of the neck in the early register, these have lightly pierced the lacquer finish and can be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall good condition. Moderate chipping of the finish is present to the rear face bass side edges, these have exposed the wood beneath. All other aspects of the body display light scratching which is visible under direct light.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the metal hardware display light tarnishing consistent with past use. The strap buttons have been replaced by a previous owner, the original buttons are not included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
