Here for sale we have an Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Firebird Electric Guitar in a Vintage Sunburst. Crafted in China in 2023, this guitar features a neck-thru construction comprising a Mahogany body, 9-ply Mahogany/Walnut Neck and 22 fret Indian Laurel fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with a LockTone tune-o-matic bridge with a stopbar tail & sealed mini Grover tuning machines on the iconic non reverse headstock design. The pickups installed are a pair of Epiphone ProBucker FB720. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls.
The Mahogany neck is carved into a SlimTaper ‘C’ profile. This is a comfortable profile which when combined with the relatively wide nut width fills the hand reassuringly without feeling at all cumbersome. The thru neck construction and offset Firebird design provides excellent access to the upper register, and along with the Indian Laurel fingerboard and gloss finish delivers a smooth playing experience in all registers. The weight of the instrument is relatively well distributed thanks to the mini Grover tuners helping to avoid the dreaded neck dive, making this guitar a perfect gigging companion.
The Firebird comes fitted with Epiphone ProBucker FB720 mini humbucker set. These deliver incredibly high gain with perfect sustain and clarity with every note. The neck provides creamy lows and mids with plenty of power for pushing lead and solo tones to the front of the mix. Both pickups provide you with plenty of sustain and warmth which sound at their best when paired with an overdriven amp. The classic wiring of independent volume and tone controls provides plenty of versatility without any complicated switching, making this instrument nice and versatile, suitable for a wide range of musical settings.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the headstock display light scratching which can only be seen under direct light, the most apparent of these can be sen scattered to the front face.
Neck: Overall very good condition. A light indentation can be seen to the 16th fret to the fingerboard, this is a factory fault and can not be felt in the playing position. Very light scratching is present to the 20th-22nd frets; these can not be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display light scratching and marking which can only be seen under direct light, the most apparent of these can be sen to the treble side horn edge. A noticeable scratch is present to the lower bout edge near the strap button, this has not exposed the wood beneath.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
