Here for sale we have an Eastman Romeo NYC Hollow Body Electric Guitar in Black finish. Made in China in 2023, this guitar consists of a Sitka Spruce Laminate top, a Mahogany Laminate body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include a Göldo-3-point-vario-bridge, Göldo MGDBL33N Back Locking Tuners, a Göldo TLT2N Tremolo, and a set of Seymour Duncan Psyclone Filtertron pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, a master tone, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with a profile that could be described as a 'C' shape; filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip, whilst remaining slim enough for articulate playing. This is well complemented by the relatively wide nut, which at 1.72" offers ample string spacing for accurate fretting across the register. The Ebony fingerboard used in this particular example is beautifully dark, and with its tight grain adds a real sense of luxury to the playing experience. Along with the 12" radius and Jescar FW47104-P frets, which feel like medium jumbos, the fretboard is confidence-inspiring, highly practical and playable. 
 
The Seymour Duncan Psyclone Filtertron pickups produce a variety of tones, sounding excellent on clean and slightly overdriven settings, highly suitable for jazz, blues, country or even rock genres. The neck pickup delivers a deep, warm tone that offers clear and rounded notes. The bridge pickup gives the player a more jangly and trebly tone that provides a punchy high-mid range, however the blending of the pickups gives the best of both worlds in the middle position. The hollow Mahogany Laminate body resonates well, with the Sitka Spruce Laminate top generating a snappy and responsive feel without losing the depth of the bass and punchy mid tones.
