Here for sale we have a Dowina Sol HV-H Classical guitar in Satin Natural. Made in 2022 in Slovakia, the guitar features a set-neck all-solid construction consisting of a double bound Walnut back and sides with Cedar top, Mahogany neck and 19 Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Gold 3 in a line tuning machines, Rosewood bridge and Mahogany rosette.
 
The Mahogany neck plays beautifully, with a profile that might be described as a moderately-sized 'D' shape which sits very comfortably in the hand. The 1.87" nut width is smaller than you would expect on a classical guitar and makes fretting notes accessible across the whole register. The Rosewood fretboard is pleasant under the fingers and adds a real sense of opulent luxury to the playing experience. The smooth lines of the body are supremely comfortable in the arms, and alongside the sprightly weight of 3.2 lbs ensures that long practice sessions and performances with this instrument are an absolute breeze.
 
The voice of the Dowina Sol BV-H is both warm and precise, offering a distinct sonic character that is equally at home as a solo instrument or part of an ensemble. An unpronounced yet detailed low end provides the foundation for a smooth midrange and sparkling high frequencies that colour every note played on the instrument. The Cedar top projects exceptionally well, and offers a sensitive dynamic range- gentle playing is rewarded with a tender and intimate tone, whilst clarity is retained as you play harder. Cedar is a slightly warmer tonewood than Spruce, and adds a character which is distinct & refined- perfect for the classical or flamenco player.
