Here for sale we have a Cort KX300 in Open Pore Cobalt Burst finish. Built in Indonesia in 2023, this guitar features bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body with Flamed Maple top, Maple neck and 24 Jumbo fret Jatoba fingerboard. This instrument is equipped with Black Nickel hardware including a fixed string-through bridge and a set of sealed tuning machines. The Pickups are a pair of EMG RetroActive Super77 humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-way selector, master volume and master tone.
The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘D’ profile providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Jatoba fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 15.75” radius and Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The contours of the body feels great in the arms, whilst the double cutaway body design provides the player with unobstructed access to the higher register, great for those high end lead lines.
The EMG RetroActive Super77 humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The EMG RetroActive Super77 humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Light markings and scratching is present to the front face of the headstock which can be seen under close scrutiny.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. A light indentation is present to the rear of the neck by the 1st fret, this can be felt in the playing position. The satin finish to the rear of the neck has lightly polished to a gloss texture through regular past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the bass side shoulder edge and lower bout rear face, the indentations to the should have very slightly pierced the finish. The satin finish to the bass side of the bridge has polished to a gloss texture, this is common with regular use on satin finishes.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. The E and A saddles display mild tarnishing of the finish, this is consistent with regular past use.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
