Here for sale we have a Cort Joe Beck Signature Beck-6 Hollow-Body Electric Guitar in Natural Gloss finish. Made in Korea in 2001, this guitar consists of a Select Spruce top, Maple back and sides, a Maple neck, and a 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Rosewood-mounted Tune-o-Matic bridge, Chrome hardware, Chrome tuners with Pearl buttons, and a set of Mighty Mite humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with the 'C Shape' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial yet articulate playing experience across the register. Certainly, the neck is both comfortable and practical for chord playing and melodic lead lines. The Rosewood of the fretboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its traditional 12" radius is practical for a wide range of styles and techniques. The smooth lines of the body are comfortable in the arms, whilst the generous cutaway enhances access to the upper frets. 
 
The pair of Mighty Mite humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver thick and powerful tones, perfect for rock, blues and even metal tones. The neck is round and quite warm without being too soft, and provides plenty of clarity for your lead and solo lines. The bridge pickup is of course brighter, and can handle a serious amount of gain for a saturated rock rhythm tone. The traditional twin humbucker controls provide ample tonal options, meaning you can fit into many different musical settings with this instrument.
