Here for sale we have a Burny Super Grade Electric Guitar in Gold Top finish. Made in China in 2009, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body with a Maple top, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Tune-O-Matic bridge, a Stopbar tailpiece, Kluson-style tuners with tulip buttons, and a set of Mini Humbuckers. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector.
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile resembling a 'C' shape feeling chunky in the hand but not cumbersome, whilst also providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The familiar lines of the body feel great in the arms.
The Mini Humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The Mini Humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips.
