Here for sale we have a Bass Collection 'Lizzy' power bass in Jet Black finish. Built in Korea in 2014, this bass is based on Phil Lynott's iconic mirror scratch plate design, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Basswood body, Maple neck and 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with a vintage Chrome bridge cover and chrome hardware.
The pickups installed are a pair of Passive EMG style, which are wired to a master volume and tone controls
The maple neck plays very well with its vintage 'C' neck profile feeling responsive and fast while keeping its classic feel. The satin finish to the rear makes for uninterrupted and fluid playing. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a durable and smooth playing surface and with its 17" fingerboard radius making for an accurate and effortless playing experience especially for thumping single note basslines.
The Passive EMG style pickups sound very well balanced, providing a classic vintage tone that packs a punch. A rich low end is complemented well by a smooth midrange along with clear but natural highs. The pickups deliver the classic thumping vintage tones that are iconic to Thin Lizzy songs, especially when played with a pick.

Aesthetic Condition
Headstock: Overall very good condition, very light scratching is apparent to all aspects of the head stock. These markings are only visible under direct lighting at certain angles. A small discolouration is present to the tip of the headstock.
Neck: Overall very good condition, light indentation is apparent to the rear across the entire register, most notably at the 5th fret. The fingerboard displays slight indentations from where the strings have pressed against the fingerboard, these are most apparent at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th frets, these can not be felt in the playing position. On the second fret a crack is present, this can not be felt in the playing position and should not worsen over time.
Body: Overall very good condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate consistent light to moderate scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. On the rear of the body at the treble side edge an indentation is present, this very slightly breaks the finish. Small indentations are present at the lower bout rear face, these do not break the finish.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. This guitar demonstrates mild fret noise which is not apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear. The pick guard displays moderate scratching which is consistent with regular use.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-2.5mm - Bass 3mm
