Here for sale we have an Aria Pro II Cardinal Series CSB-300 Electric Bass in Cherry finish. Made in Japan in 1983, this bass consists of an Ash body, a 5-piece Maple neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Chrome hardware, Chrome enclosed tuners, a 4-saddle top-loading bridge, and a single Aria Pro II MB-IV double-coil humbucker. This pickup is wired to a master volume, and a master tone control.
The 5-piece Maple neck plays very well, with what might be described as a moderately sized 'D' profile which fills the hand nicely for a substantial grip without being at all cumbersome. The 'D' profile offers a small flattened area to the centre of profile which promotes ergonomic thumb positioning and comfortable fretting across the register. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and with its 14" radius is highly practical for a range of playing styles and techniques. Generous cutaways and body contours provide unrestricted access to the upper register whilst ensuring a comfortable playing experience.
The single Aria Pro II MB-IV double-coil humbucker installed in this guitar delivers fantastic fundamental bass tone right away, with a deep and powerful low end, punchy and clear midrange and a sparkling and bright treble response which captures all of the grit and attack of your playing. The master volume and tone controls feel nice and responsive, allowing you to dial in your perfect sound.
Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.
