We Are Hiring

We are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Assistant to join our growing team.


You will be involved in an exciting project opening the walk-in section of our business and will start just before we open it to the public. Your role will be receiving customer enquiries and directing them to the right member of the team. These may be online or in person. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their packaging in a timely manner.

You will need to have a genuine passion for guitars and be confidently able to talk to our customers. You will also need to be able to work accurately to ensure that our guitars are correctly logged onto our system. You will be joining a small team where you can make a real difference. We would love our new team members to have a genuine interest in helping a small business grow.


You will work 5 days a between Monday-Saturday on a rotating shift. We are closed on Sunday.

The inital hours for this job are 10:15-5:15 Monday-Friday with a hour lunch break.
