Here for sale we have a Zerberus Hydra III Electric Guitar in Black Smoke finish. Made in Korea in 2013, this set-neck construction guitar consists of a 2-piece Korina body, a 5-piece Maple and Purpleheart neck, and a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Wilkinson precision back locking tuners, a roller nut, a Celtic Dragon Abalone inlay, and an adjustable roller bridge. The pickups are a set of Kammerstein Quadrail Humbuckers that are wired to a master volume (push/pull coil split), master tone (push/pull coil split), and a three way pickup selector.
Zerberus Guitars are designed in Germany by Frank Scheucher and his team, and then this guitar was built in Korea. They create stunning guitars with innovative hardware, and beautiful woods, aiming to walk paths that are off the beaten track. They call their guitars 'Sound Artworks', which is an incredibly accurate description.
The 5-piece Maple and Purpleheart neck features a slick gloss finish which is incredibly smooth and fast, allowing the player to navigate the neck at speed. The slim 'D' profile allows for an extremely comfortable playing experience and the Rosewood fingerboard creates a comfortable foundation for all genres and styles of playing from rock to jazz.
The Kammerstein Quadrail Humbucking pickups are a modern high output pickup, aiming to deliver powerful but balanced rock and metal tones with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. Low strings are tight and articulate while the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The 3-way blade switch, and coil-splitting capabilities, offer excellent versatility, giving a wide range of tonal options, perfect for both clean and distorted tones.

Neck: overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.
Body: Overall excellent condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate very light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate minimal signs of use. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
