Here for sale we have a Yamaha BBP34 electric bass in Sunburst finish. Made in Japan, this bass features a bolt-on construction comprising an alder/maple/alder with I.R.A treatment body, 3-ply maple/mahogany/maple neck and a 21 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Satin Nickel hardware including a Vintage Plus bridge with independent saddles and Lightweight open-gear tuning machines. A set of Yamaha YGD V7 P/J pickups are installed, and are wired to neck volume, bridge volume and master tone controls.
 
The 3-ply maple/mahogany/maple neck plays very well, with a fast, ultra-comfortable profile that feels nicely slender in the hand, encouraging ergonomic thumb positioning for easy reach in all registers. The Satin finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch, and offers a smooth and tactile surface for the thumb to rest. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth & luxurious playing surface, and with its 10" radius  is practical for a wide range of playing styles and techniques. The generous double-cutaway body design enhances access to the upper frets, whilst the extended upper horn helps to balance the bass on a strap. 
 
The set of Yamaha YGD V7 P/J pickups installed this bass deliver thick and throaty bass tones, with the ample on-board controls providing the versatility for a wide range of genres. The neck pickup is warm and round, providing a robust low end, driving mids and sparkling treble response that captures the attack of your playing. The bridge pickup is brighter, pushing your sound forward in the mix.
