Here for sale we have a Vintage VJ74MRJP Bass from 2012 in Sunset Sunburst finish. Made in Vietnam, this bass features an Eastern Poplar body, a Hardrock Maple neck, a Fretless Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Wilkinson three saddle compensated brass bridge and Wilkinson WJBL200 tuners.This guitar features a Wilkinson WOJB single coil in the neck and a Wilkinson WOJB in the bridge, these are wired to individual volume and a master tone controls.
 
This Maple neck, with typical "C" profile found on most Jazz basses, plays very comfortably. The satin finish to the rear makes for fluid and tactile playing surface while the Rosewood fingerboard offers a durable fretless fingerboard. Classic Jazz Bass body contours are comfortable in the arms, with the cutaways giving great access to the upper register.
 
The two Wilkinson Jazz Bass single coil pickups that come with this guitar provide excellent articulation and clarity, which is exactly what you want when playing the fretless bass so that the unique timbre can be heard cutting through the mix at all times. The simple control layout means you dial in warm, low end Jazz tones or punchy bridge tones that cut straight through the mix.
