Here for sale we have a Takamine TF77-PT electro-acoustic guitar in Gloss Sunset Burst finish. Crafted in Japan in 2015, this guitar features an all-solid construction comprising Solid Hawaiian Koa back and sides, Solid Cedar top, 6-ply binding, Mahogany neck and 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard with matching bridge. This guitar is fitted with Gold sealed Takamine Gotoh tuning machines, along with a Bone saddle and nut. A Takamine CTP-3 Cooltube system is featured with controls for a three band EQ with semi-parametric midrange, volume and an onboard chromatic tuner with an endpin output jack. 
 
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with a profile that might be described as a ‘C' shape that encourages ergonomic thumb positioning and offers a smooth and responsive playing experience in all registers. The Rosewood fingerboard is comfortable under the fingers and adds a real sense of luxury to the instrument. The 12" fingerboard radius provides a fine balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for fingerpicking and lead lines. The OM body is comfortable in the arms providing comfort in both standing and seated positions. 
 
The voice of the Takamine matches a solid cedar top to solid Hawaiian Koa back and sides to create a harmonic richness and dynamic playing experience, with the Solid Hawaiian Koa back and sides providing a deep, rich low end and strong mids. The Solid Cedar top adds a warmth and brightness to the sound that beautifully colours every note played on the instrument. The all-solid construction ensures a lively and resonant sound, with a wide and sensitive dynamic range that retains clarity even at higher volumes. The OM body shape is renowned for good projection, the addition of Takamine’s proprietary CTP-3 Cool Tube preamp system is paired with the unique Palathetic under-saddle pickup for peerless amplified response. The dual-channel CTP-3 provides low-voltage tube tone, variable from bright and brilliant to thick and warm, making for a versatile guitar.
