Here for sale we have a Solar S1.6C+ Evertune Electric Guitar in Carbon Black Matte finish. Made in Indonesia in 2023, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Maple neck, and a 24-fret Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include an Evertune bridge, Solar locking tuners, Black hardware, and a set of Duncan Solar + Humbuckers. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way pickup selector.
The Maple neck plays exceptionally well, with the 'C Solar' profile feeling nicely slim and articulate in the hand for a precise and accurate playing experience across the register. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck is smooth to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Ebony fingerboard feels luxurious under the fingers, and with its 13.78" radius is practical for a wide range of styles and playing techniques. This is enhanced by Jumbo Stainless Steel frets, which offer smooth bending and vibrato feel whilst being more durable than traditional frets for increased resistance to fret wear.
The pair of Duncan Solar + humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver crushing, articulate tones, well suited to the more technical player. The bridge pickup delivers a hot output which can easily drive your amp into a saturated distortion tone for your riffs and rhythm parts. The neck pickup is rounder, and with ample power can blast your lead lines and solos to the front of the mix. 5-way switching and master volume and tone controls offer a wide range of sounds and comprehensive control of your tone, all without touching a pedal. A typically well made instrument from Solar that stands out from the crowd.
