Here for sale we have a Schecter C-1 Elite Electric Guitar in Amber Gloss finish. Made in Korea in 2003, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body with a Quilted Maple top, a Maple neck, and a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Gold hardware, Grover tuners, a Tune-o-Matic bridge, Abalone binding, and a set of Duncan Designed Humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone (push/pull split coil), and a three-way pickup selector.
The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with its Thin ‘C’ profile and Gloss finish providing for smooth and effortless navigation up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth surface under the fingers, whilst the 14” radius and Jumbo frets assist with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a smooth, quick playing experience in any position. The Double cutaway body design and sculpted neck Joint provides uninhibited access to the upper register.
Amplified, this guitar has a thick low end grunt and sculpted mid range thanks to its Duncan Designed Humbucker pickups. The bridge pickup has plenty of brightness, with all of the bite needed for heavy rock and metal riffing. The neck pickup offers all the soloing clarity you could wish for, as well as shimmering clean sounds with subtler amp settings. The coil-split allows the player to access even more tones, splitting the humbuckers to get single coil-style sounds. This is great when softer tones are needed and provides the player with plenty of room for tonal sculpting. The unique look of this guitar means that it’s an instrument that really stands out from the crowd!
