Here for sale we have a Schecter BlackJack C-1 EX Baritone in Gloss Black finish. Made in Korea in 2005, this guitar features a neck-thru construction comprising a Mahogany body, Maple neck and 24 Extra Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Black Chrome hardware including a TonePros TOM String Thru Body bridge and Grover tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Seymour Duncan JB/’59 pickups, these are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume controls and a master tone control.

The Maple neck plays exceptionally well, with the neck resembling a Thin ‘C’ profile which feels incredibly ergonomic, allowing for great thumb placement all across the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard and X-jumbo frets provide a robust playing experience that feels rock solid under the fingers, whilst enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The extended 26.5” scale length allows for baritone tuning with the 16" radius ensuring that the guitar still offers a playing experience which is supremely comfortable even with heavier gauge strings. The ultra access neck heel provides unobstructed access to the upper register, which works great with the double cutaway body design.

Amplified, this guitar has a thick low end grunt and sculpted mid range thanks to its pair of  Seymour Duncan pickups. The JB bridge pickup delivers a powerful but balanced rock and metal tone with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. The low strings are tight and the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The ‘59 in the neck position offers a thick tone which does not lack in clarity, with sweet sustain and a warm, full sound that still possesses a clear attack providing a hot output delivering smooth, fluid solo tones under gain, while still being capable of bell-like clean tones.

Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you.
