Here for sale we have a Reverend Jetstream 390 electric guitar in Korina Burst finish. Made in Korea in 2018, this guitar features a bolt-on neck construction comprising a Korina body, Roasted Maple neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Reverend utilises a thinner finish than many other manufacturers on their guitars, allowing the body to vibrate more freely, for a more resonant and lively tone. Appointments to this guitar include Chrome Reverend Pin-Lock tuners, Boneite nut and a Wilkinson WVS50 IIK tremolo. 3 Alnico magnet 9A5 P90 pickups are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume and tone controls and a bass contour control. 
 
The Roasted Maple neck plays very well, with the 'Medium Oval' profile providing comfortable playability in all registers, whilst the Satin finish to the rear ensures that transitions up and down the neck feel smooth and controlled. A smooth Pau Ferro fingerboard adorned with 22 medium jumbo frets serve only to enhance the already fantastic playing experience. The offset body shape and generous cutaways provide unrestricted access to the upper frets, whilst also feeling compact and sprightly on the shoulders for easy manoeuvrability on stage. The simple control layout is conveniently placed for easy use without being intrusive, meaning you can focus on your playing. 
 
The Korina body of this guitar provides a lively and responsive tone thanks to the wood being light weight and resonant, making this guitar distinct from traditional Mahogany or Alder bodies. The trio of Reverend designed 9A5 P90 pickups are specifically designed for each position to ensure balanced volume and tone when switching positions. The result is a trio of pickups that work in perfect harmony, with a clean, ‘vintage’ style tone offered from the neck and reverse wound middle pickup, and a slightly hotter bridge to give you a raw and classic P90 tone. The reverse wound middle pickup ensures positions 2 & 4 deliver the hum-cancelling ‘quacky’ effect these positions are revered for. The addition of a bass contour control allows dramatic tone shaping possibilities, perfect for a wide range of styles. This is a very exciting and unique instrument that can cover a wide range of genres and sounds.
