Here for sale we have a PRS SE Hollowbody II Electric Guitar in a Black Gold Burst finish. Made in China in 2022, this guitar features a Maple body with Flame Maple Veneer, a Mahogany centre block, Mahogany back and sides, a Mahogany neck and a 22 Medium Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with a PRS Wraparound bridge with brass saddles and a set of PRS sealed tuning machines. The pickups featured are a pair of PRS 58/15 "S '' humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-way selector, master volume and a master tone control.
 
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘Wide Fat’ profile and gloss finish to the rear allowing for fluid movement and ergonomic thumb placement up and down the neck. The Ebony fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and with its 10" radius offers a nice balance between vintage feel and practicality for string bending. The Medium Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing experience whilst also enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The double cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the higher frets whilst the generous body carves provide comfort in both seating and standing positions.
 
The pair of PRS 58/15 "S" humbucking pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The PRS 58/15 "S" in the neck is full sounding and warm, whilst the midrange is perfectly balanced and easily cuts through any mix. The PRS 58/15 "S" in the bridge produces a biting tone which easily cuts through the mix for those rock rhythm sounds and has a great harmonic register for defining solos. The independent volume controls and tone controls keep things feeling nice and straight forward allowing a great plug in and play guitar.
