Here for sale we have an Ibanez SR800 in Black Ice Flat finish. Built in Indonesia in 2015, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body with Poplar Burl top, 5-piece Jatoba and Bubinga neck and 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with gold hardware including Ibanez die-cast tuners and accu-cast B30 bridge. THe pickups installed are a pair of Bartolini MK-1 pickups, these are wired to Ibanez’s EQB-IIIS 3-Band EQ w/ Mid frequency switch. 
 
The 5-Piece Jatoba/Bubinga neck plays very well, with its SR4 profile feeling slim and responsive making for an efficient playing experience that you would expect from Ibanez. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck feels pleasing under the thumb and enhances transitions up and down the neck whilst the double cut design of the body makes for great access to the higher register. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and its 12” radius this neck is designed to accommodate any playing style. The medium frets offer a rock solid playing surface whilst enhancing vibrato feel.
 
The Bartolini MK-1 has lots of definition, sustain and overall clarity. A detailed low end is complemented well by a smooth midrange, whilst the high frequencies are bright and shimmering. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The Ibanez EQB-IIIS 3-Band gives you a whole world of tonal possibilities, on top of that you also get a three way mid frequency selector knob, which allows you to choose between 250Hz, 450Hz and 700Hz settings.
