Here for sale we have an Ibanez RG1127PBFX in Caribbean Islet Flat finish. Built in Indonesia in 2020, this bolt-on constructed guitar consists of a Poplar Burl top over an American Basswood body, a bolt-on 11-piece Maple/Walnut/Bubinga neck with a Wizard II-7 profile, and an Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include 24 Jumbo Jescar EVOgold frets, a Mono-rail bridge, Gotoh locking machine heads and DiMarzio Fusion Edge 7 passive/ceramic pickups, wired to a master volume along with a 3-way selector switch and a dedicated coil-tap switch.
 
The Wizard II-7 neck plays well, its satin finish allowing the hand to move effortlessly and the dual cutaway along with the contoured neck heel gives great access to the upper register, the 24 Jumbo Jescar EVOgold frets feel very solid, giving you plenty to work with. The Ebony fingerboard provides a smooth surface under the fingers, whilst the 16” radius and Jumbo frets assist with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a smooth, quick playing experience in any position.
 
Ibanez and DiMarzio have worked in close collaboration to engineer the Fusion Edge pickups, producing a powerful, distinctive tone with a crisp, cutting high end, and a tight, compressed bottom end, minus any muddy mid-range. The coil tap gives you plenty of tonal range and versatility, making the RG1127PBFX an excellent workhorse guitar for modern heavy music.
