Here for sale we have an Ibanez BTB1836 Premium 6-String Electric Bass in Natural Shadow Low Gloss finish. Made in Indonesia in 2020, this bass consists of a Bubinga body with Ash wings, a 9-piece Maple/Bubinga/Panga Panga neck, and a 24-fret Panga Panga fingerboard. Other appointments include a MR5S bridge, Gold hardware, Gotoh tuners, and a set of Aguilar DCB pickups. These pickups are wired to a volume control, pickup balancer, 3-band EQ, EQ bypass switch, and a 3-way Mid Frequency Switch.
 
The 9-piece Maple/Bubinga/Panga Panga ‘BTB6’ neck profile allows you to navigate the Panga Panga fingerboard with ease, allowing for comfortable reach in all registers and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning. The 37.4” radius provides a comfortable playing surface and with the 2.12” nut width allows for ease of different techniques such as slap bass or chordal playing. The Satin finish is fantastic for smooth, quick transitions up and down the neck whilst the double cutaway body design allows the player to have unobstructed access to the entire register.
 
The pair of passive Aguilar DCB pickups installed in this bass work in conjunction with the on-board preamp to deliver an incredibly versatile range of sounds. There is a great fundamental bass tone with the controls at their midpoints, producing a warm and powerful low end, clear mids and sparkling top end that captures the attack of your playing.
