Here for sale we have a Hudson HF-STX-E electro-acoustic guitar with a gloss natural finish. This guitar features a set-neck construction consisting of a solid spruce top, sapele back and sides and a one piece ebony neck with volute topped with a 20 fret ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Kluson type tuners. This guitar is double bound, whilst the top is adorned with Herringbone purfling and matching rosette, tortoise pickguard and abalone logo on the headstock.
The one piece ebony neck plays exceptionally well, with its slim ‘V’ making all registers extremely accessible, particularly when fretting bass notes with your thumb. The satin neck makes for a tactile and pleasing playing experience. The ebony fretboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 12” radius offers a finely balanced surface for both chord playing and fingerstyle techniques.
The voice of the Hudson HF-STX-E is balanced and understated, with an unpronounced yet detailed low end, prominent mid range and crisp detailed trebles that colour every note played on the instrument. The on board fishman pickup provides a warm reproduction of the guitar's sound and the simple yet comprehensive controls provide a wide range of tones.

Aesthetic Condition
Headstock: Overall very good condition, light indentation is apparent to the edges. This is most notably to the top edge, chipping the finish in places.
Neck: Overall very good condition, light indentation is apparent throughout the register of the rear of the neck. These markings can be slightly felt under the thumb in playing position, not affecting the overall playability. The fingerboard presents light scratching and indentation in places, difficult to discern against the natural grain.
Body: Overall very good condition, a moderate indentation is apparent to the front face towards the bottom edge. The treble side of the guitar presents a moderate indentation, chipping the finish and revealing the wood beneath. Light buckle rash is apparent to the rear face towards the treble side edge.
Condition
Fret Condition:The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with moderate signs of wear.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
