Here for sale we have a Guild D4-NT acoustic guitar in Gloss/Satin Natural finish. Built in the USA in 1992, this guitar features a Solid Spruce top, Laminated Mahogany back and sides, Mahogany neck and 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard with matching bridge. This guitar is fitted with a set of Grover Rotomatic tuning machines.
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with a profile resembling a ‘C’ feeling quick and comfortable in the hand and providing ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant to the touch whilst the 16” radius provides consistent playing surface right the way up the register which is highly practical for a wide range of genres and playing styles. The Dreadnought body design fills the arms nicely, and provides a lively and responsive playing experience with a sound that can really be felt.
The voice of the D4-NT is rich and well balanced thanks to the wood choices this instrument features, ensuring that this guitar resonates beautifully, adding a real depth to the tone. The low end is warm without being too soft, the mid range is punchy and clear, whilst the treble response adds a shimmer and sparkle to every note played on the instrument. There is plenty of dynamic range to be found in this guitar, with the Solid Spruce top projecting very well and feeling nicely responsive to the player's touch.
Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.
