Here for sale we have a Gretsch G5345T Electromatic Pro Jet in Gloss Black finish. Built in China in 2012, this guitar features a chambered Basswood body, Maple neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Bigsby B50 Vibrato and roller bridge. This guitar features two Black Top Filter'tron humbuckers that are wired to a master volume, neck volume, bridge volume, and master tone with a 3 way toggle-switch.
The slimmer 'C' profile neck gives the guitar a great middle ground between a chunky and thin neck profile making it perfect for chordal and lead players alike, as it caters comfortability for both playing styles. The Gloss finish to the rear of neck makes for fluid transitioning up and down the neck. The Rosewood fretboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface and with its 12” radius strikes a perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for lead lines and string bending.
The Black Top Filter'tron pickups give full sounding warm tones especially notable on the neck pickup, the bridge pickup however offers a cutting mid range and shimmering high frequencies whilst still retaining that chunky humbucker sound. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes. The simple control layout offers comprehensive control of your tone without being intrusive to the playing experience.
