Here for sale we have a Gretsch G5022CWFE-12 Rancher Falcon 12 string Electro-Acoustic guitar in Gloss White finish. Made in Indonesia in 2021, this guitar features a Solid Spruce top, Laminated Maple back and sides which are adorned with Gold-Sparkle Binding, Mahogany neck and a 21 fret Laurel fingerboard with matching bridge. This guitar features a Fishman Presys III Pickup System, with onboard controls.
The Gloss finished Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Standard ‘U’ profile providing a thick enough hold to inspire confidence and feel dependable without being cumbersome. The Laurel fingerboard feels pleasant to the touch and the 12" radius feeling as flat and consistent as ever, fretting is a breezy and sumptuous affair in any register. The Jumbo body size feels great in both seated and standing positions, whilst the single-cutaway offers extended reach to the higher frets.
This instrument voice is warm and detailed, with the Laminated Maple back and sides producing a loud and responsive midrange. The Solid Spruce top provides a balanced tone with plenty of low end power and warm detail. The understated high end of this guitar remains detailed but subtle, adding unique character to this guitar, making this guitar perfect for singer songwriter styles of playing. The Fishman Presys II preamp accurately captures the voice of the instrument, adding the versatility for both live and recording situations.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall good condition, the headstock demonstrates a previous break which has been repaired to a professional standard. The previous damage has cracked the finish which is visible but does not present any structural concern. The binding besides the previous break is also slightly cracked and hazed. Hazing and scratching of the lacquer finish is present to binding and front face tips of the headstock.
Neck: Overall very good condition, the first two frets of the fingerboard demonstrate blemishes which can only be seen under direct light, these can not be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall excellent condition, one very light indentation is apparent to the treble side lower bout, this is only visible under direct lighting at certain angles. All other aspects of the body present minimal signs of past use.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
