Here for sale we have a Gretsch G5422T Electromatic Hollow Body electric guitar in Cadillac Green finish. Made in Korea in 2015, this guitar features set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body, Maple neck, and 22 Medium Jumbo fret Laurel fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted, including a Bigsby B60 tailpiece, Adjusto-Matic bridge with Rosewood base and Vintage-Style Open-Back machine heads. A pair of Gretsch Black Top Filter'Tron pickups are installed, and wired to a 3-way toggle switch, master volume, neck volume, bridge volume & master tone controls. 
 
The Gloss finished Standard "U" neck profile feels smooth and comfortable in the hand; slim enough to provide practicality for lead playing but retaining enough substance to sustain a firm grip when chord playing. The Laurel of the fingerboard provides a smooth surface under the fingers, and with its 12" radius strikes a perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and technical playing. Medium Jumbo frets enhance the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques without feeling too large or modern as jumbo frets would. The Double-Cutaway design allows extended reach into the upper register, really opening up the full range of the instrument. 
 
The Black Top Filter’Tron pickups produce a variety of uniquely 'Gretsch' tones; sounding excellent on clean and slightly overdriven settings and being highly suitable for jazz, blues, country or even rock genres. The neck pickup delivers a deep, warm tone with clear and rounded notes. The bridge pickup is more jangly and trebly, with a punchy high-mid range which cuts through the mix well. The hollow body resonates well, with the Laminated Maple top generating a snappy and responsive feel without losing the depth of the bass and punchy mid tones. With independent volume controls, it is possible to blend the pickups in any combination in the middle position, whilst the master volume means you can reduce the overall output from the instrument to clean up the tone.
