Here for sale we have a Ferndale D3 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar in Natural Gloss finish. Made in China in 2023, this set-neck constructed guitar consists of a solid Sitka Spruce top, Sapele back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Rosewood bridge, chrome sealed tuners, and a Bone nut and saddle.
 
The Mahogany neck plays well, with the 'C’ neck shape profile feeling nice and slim without being cumbersome. The Gloss finish to the rear gives the player a smooth feel along the register of the 25.5" scale length. The Rosewood fretboard feels smooth under the fingers, and with its 16" radius strikes a perfect balance between comfortable chords and practicality for playing lead lines. The medium frets also offer a traditional yet rock-solid feel along the register. 
 
The guitar offers a full and vibrant tone, with an unpronounced yet detailed low end, strong and punchy high-mids and a sparkling treble response thanks to the Laminated Sapele back and sides. The Solid Spruce top helps the guitar to project very well, and provides a wide dynamic range. The dreadnought body size produces a warm and quite powerful tone which works very well for strumming thanks to great projection.
