Here for sale we have a Fender Robert Cray Stratocaster in 3-Colour Sunburst finish. Made in Mexico in 2018, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Maple neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. Nickel/Chrome hardware is fitted including a 6-Saddle American Vintage Strings-Through-Body Strat Hardtail and Fender Vintage-Style tuning machines. A trio of Fender Vintage-Style Stratocaster Single-Coils pickups are installed, and are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, neck/middle tone and bridge tone controls.
The Maple neck plays very well, with the 60’s 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for an articulate playing experience in all registers. The Gloss finish to the rear of the neck is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale, whilst the familiar double-cutaway body design enhances access to the top frets. The 9.5" fingerboard radius is traditional for a Strat, and when paired with Medium Jumbo frets provides a rock-solid playing surface which is well equipped for a wide range of playing
styles and techniques.
The trio of Fender Vintage-Style Stratocaster Single-Coil pickups installed in this guitar deliver bright, chiming Stratocaster tones, well suited to a wide range of styles and genres. The neck pickup is warm and round, with plenty of power to push your lead lines and solos to the front of the mix. The middle position is bright and clear, and is well suited to funky rhythm sounds. The bridge pickup delivers a hotter output, capturing the classic Fender 'Twang' that we all know and love. The familiar Stratocaster control layout is as practical as ever, offering comprehensive control of your sound right on the guitar.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Very light scratching is present to the front face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. Light colour transfer is present to the top side edge.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Light denting is present to the rear of the neck, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the treble side at the mid register. This can be lightly felt under the thumb in playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the front and rear face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the front face lower bout.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
