Here for sale we have a Fender Limited Edition American Standard Stratocaster Electric Guitar in Dakota Red finish. Made in the USA in 2014, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Channel Bound Maple neck, and a 21 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a two-point synchronized tremolo bridge and staggered Fender Deluxe sealed tuning machines. The pickups are a trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s Single-Coil Pickups, these are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, neck tone and middle/bridge tone controls.
The Maple plays well, with the Modern ‘C’ profile that provides a comfortable playing surface and ergonomic thumb positioning. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck assists with smooth transitions up and down the neck, making navigation of the 25.5" scale length a breeze. The 9.5"-14” compound radius Rosewood fingerboard assists with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a tailored playing experience in any position, whilst offering a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines. The familiar Stratocaster control layout keeps things simple whilst offering comprehensive control of your tone
The trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s Strat Single-Coil pickups in this guitar provide all of the chime and articulation that made the Stratocaster a legendary instrument. Crystalline and bell-like, the pickups provide a crisp and clear tone with plenty of the spank that you would expect from a Strat. Understated lows give way to a smooth mid range and singing high frequencies that will cut through any mix. The traditional Stratocaster control layout is as functional as ever, offering comprehensive control of your sound without being intrusive.
Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you.
