Here for sale we have an ESP LTD MH-400FR Electric Guitar from 2019 in a Blue Pearl Fade Metallic finish. Made in Indonesia, this guitar features a neck thru construction comprising aMahogany body, 3-piece Maple neck and a 24-fret Pau Ferro fingerboard. Other features include a Floyd Rose Special tremolo system and black Grover machine heads. Equipped in this guitar are an EMG 81 Active Humbucker in the bridge and an EMG 85 Active Humbucker in the neck, these are wired to a master volume, master tone and 3-way pickup selector.
The 3 piece Maple neck plays superbly well, with a Thin ‘U’ profile offering a smooth and fluid playing surface with very ergonomic thumb positioning. The tapered cutaway granted by the neck thru construction gives unrestricted access to the upper register and gives the guitar an overall solid feel. The 13.77” radius combined with the XJ fret wire makes quicker playing styles an absolute breeze, allowing the hand to glide effortlessly across the neck whilst assisting with bending and vibrato techniques.
The active EMG pickups equipped in this guitar are a high output duo, with an EMG 81 in the bridge position and an EMG 85 in the neck position. These pickups are revered for their powerful voicing and exceptional clarity, and are packed full of power and bite. The 81 in the bridge offers a crunchy and articulate tone, perfectly paired with an overdriven amp. The 85 offers the same power but with a much smoother output, with bell-like clarity, and scream with the gain cranked. The simple master volume and tone controls make it incredibly simple to dial in your perfect tone.

Headstock:
Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the headstock.
Neck:
Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.
Body:
Overall excellent condition, the rear face demonstrates some light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. This is most prominent towards the bottom of the body on the bass side. There are two small chips to the rear of the horn on the treble side.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable
material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear. The tremolo arm is not included with this guitar.
