Here for sale we have an Epiphone Thunderbird '64 Electric Bass in Silver Mist finish. Made in China in 2023, this bass consists of a 9-Ply Mahogany/Walnut body, a  9-Ply Mahogany/Walnut neck, and a 20-fret Indian Laurel fingerboard. Other appointments include Open-Gear Bass Tuners with Historic Clover Buttons, Epiphone Vintage Bass Tune-O-Matic bridge, a 60s Rounded Bass neck shape, and a set of Probucker 760 Bass Humbuckers. These pickups are wired to independent volume controls, and a master tone control.
 
The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 60’s Rounded profile allowing for comfortable reach in all registers and promoting ergonomic thumb positioning, whilst the Gloss finish is fantastic for smooth, quick transitions up and down the neck. The Indian Laurel fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers, whilst the 12” radius and Medium jumbo frets allow for ease of different techniques such as slap bass or chordal playing. The body design allows the player to have unobstructed access to the entire register, whilst also making longer durations of playing a comfortable experience.
 
Amplified, the ProBucker 760 Bass Humbuckers provide a fantastic fundamental bass tone, with a deep rumbling low end that will fill out any mix. The mid range is warm and adds a distinct character to the tone, whilst the high end frequencies add a nice snappy fast attack. The individual volume controls allow you to blend the neck and bridge pickups in any combination, providing a versatile range of tones suitable for a multitude of musical settings.
