Here for sale we have a Cole Clark Fat Lady 2 FL2E-BLBL Electro-Acoustic Guitar in Natural Satin finish. Made in Australia in 2020, this guitar consists of a AA grade Australian Blackwood top, AA grade Australian Blackwood back and sides, a Queensland Maple neck, and a 20-fret She Oak fingerboard. Other appointments include Grover tuners, a She Oak bridge, Snowflake inlays, and a Cole Clark PG3 Pickup system. The pickup system has controls for volume, bridge/face control, mic control, bass, mids, and treble.
The body consists of an Australian grown, AA grade Australian Blackwood top and AA grade Australian Blackwood back and sides. These very specific woods make for a beautiful, rich sound and provide great resonance for strummers as well as finger pickers. The combination of woods has been likened to South American Mahogany but with a touch more snap, fast attack and being better for amplifying. The Queensland Maple neck feels really good, easy to manoeuvre and very soft to the touch making for a very comfortable foundation. The She Oak fingerboard is absolutely stunning with a grain that sometimes resembles feathers.
The Cole Clark PG3 pickup system has an improved microphone for extreme highs, altered frequency filter between mic and face sensor and new configuration between the face sensor and bridge pickup. All of these new adjustments to the system deliver Cole Clark’s most advanced, dynamic and natural sounding plugged in experience yet. The system uses an under saddle Piezo pickup, Face Sensor (this is to really accent the tone of the top wood of the guitar) and a condenser microphone to create its unique sound.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the headstock.
Neck: Overall excellent condition, very light staining is apparent to the fingerboard in the early register consistent with regular use.
Body: Overall excellent condition, some very light scratching is apparent to the front face continuing off from the scratchplate slightly.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
