Here for sale we have a Burns Club Series SSJ Electric Guitar in GreenBurst finish. Made in Korea in 2019, this guitar consists of a Basswood body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Synthetic Lignum Rosa fingerboard. Other appointments include a Burns Knife Edge tremolo unit, Burns Deluxe machine heads, and Chrome hardware. The pickups installed are a set of Original Burns Tri-Sonic single coils that are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector.
The painted Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘C’ profile offering a slender feel in the hand, whilst the gloss finish on the back aids in smooth movement up and down the register. The Synthetic Lignum Rosa fretboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius making chordal playing, bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The Basswood body is robust and weighty, giving it a dependable feel, whilst the body contours provide comfort in either standing or sitting positions.
The SSJ has a crisp and open tone, with a sweet low end, a clear midrange, along with a bright and articulate top end. The neck pickup offers plenty of warmth, while the bridge pickup is a completely different beast, with a bright and cutting tone, all while blending well in the middle position. The nature of the Tri-Sonic pickups deliver vintage-inspired tones in all three positions, with a suitably vintage aesthetic to match.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate light scratching only visible under direct light at certain angles. The top edge of the rear face demonstrates light scuff marks which could not be removed during our cleaning process.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. Any markings to the neck and fingerboard are difficult to discern.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. A small white scuff mark is apparent to the treble side of the lower bout which could not be removed during our cleaning process.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform. The fret ends on the treble side are slightly lifting, which sometimes causes the high E string to get caught.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Light scratching and tarnishing is apparent to the bridge.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

Strings on Guitar - 10-46
This guitar demonstrates moderate fret noise on the low E and A strings which is not apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this.
