Here for sale we have an Alvarez Masterworks MD70BG Acoustic Guitar in Natural Gloss finish. Made in China in 2023, this guitar consists of a Solid AAA Sitka Spruce top, Solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a 21-fret Indian Laurel fingerboard. Other appointments include Vintage Style Open Gear tuners, real Bone nut and saddle, and a Dovetail neck joint.
 
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with a 'V' profile that fills the hand nicely whilst retaining a slim feel, offering comfortable fretting in all registers. The Indian Laurel fingerboard feels smooth to the touch, and with the 15" radius provides a playing surface capable of a wide variety of playing styles, whilst fretting is a breezy and sumptuous affair in any register, whilst the body design feels great in both seated and standing positions and provides good reach to the higher frets.
 
This guitar has a well-balanced and dynamic tone, producing a warm and rich sound, with a strong and clear midrange. The Solid AAA Sitka Spruce top and forward-shifted "X" brace design  contribute to the guitar's excellent projection and sustain, producing a bright and crisp high end that is well-articulated, whilst the Solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides offer a warm and deep low end that make chords hum and chime.
